Cardiology Screening:

Patients qualify if they are/have: (these will be listed in EPIC, but ask physician)

1)      Being admitted for heart failure

2)      Have obvious fluid overload

3)      Creatinine level of < 3 (ask physician or nurse if not sure)

Call during day shifts, email after normal office hours. Include the patient's med rec number and chief complaint in the email.
